Alcohol is a product made from the main raw material is Ethanol and additives. This product is widely used by Vietnamese people thanks to its many outstanding advantages. How to make alcohol is always an issue that many people are interested in and want to learn.

Alcohol is produced under a closed technological process, following strict testing principles. Accordingly, they operate on the following principle:

Ethanol along with incendiary additives, flame retardants, curing agents, colorants,... All will be put into the reactor vessel. After that, hot water will be automatically pumped from the storage tank into the outer shell of the reactor.
The heat from the hot water causes the mixture in the reactor to be evenly mixed. They will begin to melt, the alcohol will then evaporate and re-condensate at the primary condenser. They are then returned to the reactor unit.
The alcohol will continue to evaporate, but this time it will condense in the secondary condenser. After that, the resulting mixture will be put into a mold, cooled and packaged.
In the process, alcohol making instructions above, up to 2 condensers can be seen. They ensure ventilation, prevent fire and explosion during the production of dry alcohol in Vietnam.

How to deal with alcohol burns
In the process of using an alcohol stove, if you accidentally get burned, you need to stay away from the causative agent. Next, remove all items such as rings, rings, clothes on the burned skin. This will help reduce the heat to the wound effectively.

Make sure the burned skin area is always clean, to avoid infection. Soak the burned skin in cold water to quickly cool the wound. However, remember not to use ice to cool the wound.

Besides, do not let the wound come into contact with oil, fat, fish sauce ... on the dining table. In particular, do not arbitrarily apply foreign substances to the burned area. Do not burst blisters if they have already formed. Do not even peel off the burned skin even if it gets on clothes.

If first aid is available, cover the burn with a clean bandage or cloth. As for serious injuries, it is necessary to quickly move to the nearest treatment facility for treatment.
